Skills: Functional / Technical Support & WebLogic Administrator, LINUX Server Operating. Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in related field. Qualification: Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science Preferably in Software Development or extensive experience in Software / application Development in financial technologies. Responsibilities: • Support, maintain, and upgrade the operating systems, patching packages, and hardware upgrades. • Build automation into daily processes, including server builds, patching, and configuration analysis. • Server related tasks to include but not be limited to: DNS, Admin Account Administration, Digital Certificates, File restoration, etc. • Remote management, monitoring, and visibility to assets throughout the Bank's environment, utilize tools to provide desktop, laptop, and server asset inventory, remote control capabilities, as well as software and patch deployment. • Maintains and tracks inventories of hardware/software resources for desktops, laptops, thin clients and peripherals in the appropriate systems. • Responds to user requests received via the Service Management application. Fulfills requests of moderate to high complexity. • Execute other assigned tasks or projects as assigned.
