How to apply

1. 1Visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
2. 2After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, project code, and candidate’s personal information) will be generated.
3. 3Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through EasyPaisa app or Agent or at any branch of UBL Bank.
4. 4After successful fee submission, keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
5. 5After online apply, do not send documents/testimonials to ETEA office; copies of testimonials/documents will be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.

Rules & eligibility

• Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on credentials provided. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority.
• Candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website and get their CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk).
• Candidates qualifying the ETEA test will be screened for relevance in terms of eligibility criteria.
• Interview calls will be issued to short-listed candidates only.
• Selected candidates will be governed by the Rules/Regulations/Statutes of Abbottabad University of Science & Technology and Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
• Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of the applications.
• For the post at serial No. 2, preference will be given to candidates having experience as a Web Administrator.
• For the post at serial No. 3, only candidates possessing domicile of Hazara Division shall be eligible to apply.
• Age limit for initial appointment from BPS-6 to BPS-18 shall be 18 to 35 years, as per Abbottabad UST Statutes.
• Applications received after due dates will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or those submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected.
• Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing rules.
• In case of the semester system, CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 shall be considered as First Division.
• Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
• Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
• In case of a foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
• Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.
