When a test result is due, the first link shared in a WhatsApp group can look tempting. Take a minute to check the project and post before entering your details. OTS publishes results by project and category, and your personal application record is also available through its applicant portal.
This guide explains where to look, which number you need, and what to check when a result or slip does not appear. It does not announce a new result for every OTS project.
How to check an OTS result
Open the official OTS projects directory. Search for the organization or project name from your advertisement. Check both running and completed projects.
Open the matching project and choose the exact post or category you applied for. One employer may have several posts with separate result links.
If OTS marks a result as available for that category, open its result button and enter the roll number requested on the official page.
Read the displayed record carefully. Save a copy for your records, then check the project's notices for any further instructions. Do not assume a score alone means final selection.
Those steps follow OTS's own result-checking instructions. OTS's home page also lists recent result updates, but the right project page is the safest place to confirm that the update applies to your post.
Where to find your roll number slip
If you cannot remember your roll number, first check the slip you used for the test. OTS provides an application-status and slip page where candidates can enter their CNIC, open the relevant project and post, and download an issued slip. OTS also says signed-in applicants can see their applications, slips, results and records in the applicant portal.
Use your own CNIC only on the official OTS domain. A slip may not appear until OTS has issued it for that particular project; a missing button is not proof that your application has been rejected. The older OTS slip instructions describe the CNIC route, while the current site highlights the applicant portal, so follow the option shown for your project.
If your result is missing
Compare the organization, project and post on the page with your application receipt. A similarly named post can have a different result status.
Check whether OTS has actually published a result for that category. An announcement about another category is not your result.
Recheck the roll number on your slip. Avoid sharing your CNIC or account password in public comments or groups.
For a personal record or an application issue, sign in to the official applicant portal and use its support options. OTS lists its support centre and contact details on its official website.
What to do after checking
Keep your roll number slip and any result record together with the advertisement. Watch the same project's official announcements for the next stage. The recruiting organization and OTS may give project-specific directions, so do not rely on a generic timetable or a social media claim about interviews.
